I am considering having a house warming next year and it would be great if it could consist of SH regulars, I am not sure when to hold this event, but, I was wondering if people had any advice or suggestions.
I have plenty of space if things got a little rowdy and nice next door neighbours, I was just thinking about something small, about 10-20 people, so, let fly with the advice, lol.

so long as you stick to people you know and trust you shouldn't need any advice, i have been to loads of house parties on here most with much more people than 20 and they have always been good and i never seen any trouble at all, i think what most do is stick to people they have met or people who can be verified but people they know, being at your home you can't afford not to be picky

As long as you keep attending socials like Sheffield so people get to know you I'm sure you'll be fine. :thumbup:
Of course if you did want to host it elsewhere you could always ask Noel...
