What meal are you really proud of?
I made a stunning pork chop dinner, the pork was marinated in a French mustard, red wine and blue cheese souce I didn't think it would be that Nice but OH MY GOD it was amazing.
I love to cook and always experiment when cooking.
I didn't enjoy cooking when my late hubby was around, because he didn't enjoy my food. Over the past couple of years I have rarely cooked.
Now I have gone veggie, and my partner is too, I have re-discovered my love of cooking as my other half comes round for lunch most days, and I love thinking up new recipes to tempt him with...
So definately love cooking!

So definitely love cooking!

There's something immensely satisfying about cooking for the one you love and seeing them enjoy what you have lovingly prepared.
Now it's just me there's little incentive!
Your incentive should be enjoying what you eat, why stop just because there is only you?
I'm on my tod, don't always like cooking but it's a must - I find that once I really get into it I can enjoy cooking.

The incentive is still there, but in a diminished amount. I admit I don't take the time and trouble to "rustle up something from scratch" but when I do have the time I keep it simple but it is much more enjoyable than supermarket stuff.
On a slightly different tack, I made a strawberry and banana smoothie last weekend. It cost me slightly more than buying the "Innocent" brand but it tasted much nicer and of course I knew exactly what was in it.
Strawberries and Bananas I would hope lol

God you're good smile
Plus natural yoghurt, ice and a dash of orange juice (shop bought as it costs a small fortune to juice enough oranges, sorry).
Yum, sounds good to me!!

Sadly it's all gone for now.
Next batch will be when the nice man from Ocado pops round.
I can see myself having to do a shopping trip now.....grrrrrr!!!

The power of suggestion is highly compelling - whatever you do, don't shop hungry!
I learnt that one long ago, now I always eat breakfast before I go and tackle the blue rinse brigade ;-)
I can't cook
I can burn water
Sam xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I enjoy cooking but I enjoy eating food more! lol
One of the only things I don't like are artichokes...yuch
I love cooking, I find it really relaxing and love entertaining friends. To sit and watch their faces and to receive compliments and clean plates makes it all worth while wink
Apparently I cook a mean Beef Wellington lol

Is that a really small portion? smile
Yes I love cooking, new stuff and good old faves, but I don't get that much opportunity as Harry is also a keen cook and considers he's better than me anyway lol
There are some things that are absolutely sacrosanct and I am NOT allowed to even consider attempting them as they are strictly Harry's domain.
1. Barbecue
2. Steaks
3. Big manly stews
4. Fry ups
I don't put up much of a fight usually as he's a great cook!

oh har de har  just you wait, if I knew you better I'd slap you round your chops with the raw meat!
Being someone who detests food and thinks that time spent eating is wasted time, let alone time spent cooking!
So with me, if it doesn't go from the freezer to the plate in under 15 minutes then it doesn't get eaten.
cooked rice with coconut oil for lunch, lovely yum yum

ooooooo pretty please can you give me recipe of how to do Beef wellington. Swede has always wanted me to make it.
I love cooking and do so every nite, try to make healthy stuff as well as indulgent stuff. Luckily my family are great eaters so nothing goes to waste. I like finding out what tastes go together. I have come along way from my experiments of making diffrent puddings when I was 9. One of them was green with huge peanuts as I remember ugh lol.
Dish I am most proud of 3 mushroom creamy sauce with pasta or my coconut chicken.

I love cooking. I've always struggled to make decent bread without a bread machine. My ex got custody of the bread machine - I really miss it.
Well, tonight I finally did it - Jamie Oliver's basic recipe and it turned out gorgeous.
Shame I'm on a diet. biggrin:D:D:D:D:D
