I know someone who drove HOME (to the UK) from Dubai. I think they used a map though confused

depends what you driving really......now if I was driving a JUMBO 747 or something with auto-pilot...then I would be home in bout 5 hours i think.....mind you landing it in the garden might be a bit tricky !!!!

I assume if you had a map and knew how to use it, you wouldn't end up in Dubai anyway, so yes, people who find themselves in Dubai are, by definition, people without maps. biggrin

I put it in my gps in my car and joyfully set off ... got to trafford shopping centre ... turned left instead of right ...... sigh! looks like it's a day shopping for me then... at least my satnav as a great button at the bottom its called HOME one press and she tells you the way to bring your shopping home... So i guess if i was in wherever I'd just press the HOME button and hope it went past some good shops...

could i heck as like!! i get lost going to the main road.....never was good with direction, maps or anything even slightly geographical.......but i know a man who can!!
