Creating a meet rep??

I'm trying to create a meet rep and am a little confused (I aint done this for a while and am a complete techy biff)
You click on the create a meet rep thingy and it brings up a window where you fill in the username, place, date and time for the meet but when you click create it says 'you need 2 users registered on shrep to create a meet rep' (or words to that effect.
We are both enabled on shrep, I put in their username (as I thought it should already know it's me) but it seems to want me to put my username in too, but there is no where for me to put it and no option to add another user.
I have read the PDF document but that only tells you the benefits of using it and not exactly how to use it.
Can someone help please as I think it may be fecked!! lol

Ok, I've just created a fake meet :rascal:
You click on meeting and the pop up box comes up.
Put the person you are meeting in the first line.
Put you in the second line.
Put a place and a time - must be in the future.
Hit enter or send or whatever it is.
Worked for me...
... must dash, I'm apparently meeting Fraser in 22 minutes! rotflmao

I dont get a second line.
I get one line that says username, the second line says location and then under that is the date and time. dunno

I think you have to press return or click it, then the next line comes up.

Nope still not getting the second line :dunno:
I know it used to have an 'add another member' button as I've done multiple ones before.

Hahaha! no probs, as you can see I'm a techy biff too.
I have raised a support ticket but with it being the weekend aint sure when it will be looked at.
Shame though as the meet is with a single guy and I think its good to leave them a meet rep to show that they dont all deserve the bad name and be tarred with the same brush as happens too often on this site.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in?
You can always create a 'future retrospective' meet for him when you can get it working.
