I am thinking of having a circumcision (probably spelt wrong) so other than the pain....will I get anything else out of it? Will it improve my sex life? Will it improve the pleasure of my partners? Anyone out there with similar experience?
What do you think? I'm also think of doing a 'Changing Rooms' type post about it...before and after type thing!

Sure I saw a really good thread about this a while back (feel old saying that 
) Not suggesting it not ripe for another debate but if I remember the last conclusions they were:
1. More oral sex - Ladies like it
2. Harder to cum from oral sex - Desensitised ?
3. Not as bad as it seems even in later life
Too late in evening to do proper search (ok I am lazy I know) but hope that helps or sparks some further debate

I will agree with Vix here in the strongest terms. I had the same problem as a teenager, I did not go to the doctor as I was a bit naive about how it was supposed to feel etc.
My problem did finally sort itself out when I was in my early twenties simply because I was in a position where I wanted loads of sex even if it was painful. However with the benefit of hindsight I really wish I had visited the doctor when I first realised I had a problem. (The reason I didn't was I was only 12 when I first had sex

Well I was done as a child and have none of the above problems.
1. It is much cleaner as there are no crevices in which germs can manifest themselves.
2. As for lubricant needed when masterbating .... what a load of cobblers!!
3. Desenstitised ... well I can get erections from clothing rubbing on it ... and no trouble from being fondled. Maybe it takes longer for any sensation to be felt but then I wouldnt know any different.
4. Oral sex takes longer .... hogwash!! If its done right I can explode early!!!!

Speaking to someone who had it done a couple of years ago. His observations were as follows:
1) yes he did need to learn a new way to wank (imagine starting from scratch after 22 years doing it a particular way)... and it took him a while to find something that worked like it used to.
2) Yes it did make it less sensitive than before... he didn't comment further as to if sex was better or not... but he did say he didn't feel all the subtle things an un-cut guy would normaly feel.
