I wish you every success with your armadillos mrj.
I have great respect for those who choose to work alongside such dangerous animals... and having to deal with such heavy handed 'dangerous animals' laws too... very demonstrate great dedication.
I toyed once with the idea of working with armadillos, though was not curageous enough and stuck with buying in mini-dillo's (just add water packs) and though fun initially, allI have to show for my efforts now are mini-dillos all along my skirting and skittering along for cover beneath my bath.
I was affraid they had eacaped into the local nieghbourhood when I saw them in other places, but now seems i was hoodwinked, and the little blighters are indiginous to the area. I was scammed by a local enterprising child selling me the 'mini-dillo's' as he had found them under a pile of rubble on the estate. (the sorts of piles built by locals as an arsenal to repel any future ventures into 'hood by local law enforcement agencies)
All credit to the child though... four hundred pounds and my grandmothers electric scooter seemed a fair price at the time.
