Day got better

Ok the day from hell got better ..
no treatment needed at dentist smile

a lost friend emailed me in response to an email I wildly sent yesterday :) and we're off out for a drink in a week or so :) hubby came a took the kids off in his lorry for an hour and I managed to get some real work done on the pc; and a last minute attempt to get a bikini wax has resulted in an appt at a salon about 2 mins from me at
So day got better and I got loads of virtual hugs out of it :)

I think with the glut of buy to let there is zero danger of being chucked out . It takes the best part of a year ,the tenant gives up paying during this time , and it costs a fortune . If you are producing rental income u should be safe as , well houses .
The worst thing is for the house to be empty , all that capital , all the maintenace and water rates , zero cash flow .

It meant that I don't have to sort it all out myself later ... all the mess, fuss and bother. We're off to Liberation on saturday night and I don't want to be hairy or covered in blotches from a botched Veet job on myself redface

Maybe it is because a few of us are doing it with a rice paper shhet and peanut butter....we are tossing a COIN to see who licks off the residue!
