Day one ......

Well the time was right for me to give up smoking :shock:
So i have had my last fag and had a nice bath and applied the nice nicorette patch :cry:
It's a love hate story with all those who smoke ..
And i know it's old news people give up all the time but i live alone no one at work smokes so should be quite easy ooerrr she says haaaaaaaa well here i go first day Wish me luck and i will update on my progress if anyones intrested lol
Any one want to join me is very welcome

Good luck Debz. I still haven't managed it but I have promised my mate I will do very soon, maybe this week.
Word of warning Debz, make sure the patches are the ones you can leave on overnight. If not, take it off when you go to bed. I've tried them before and got terrible nightmares when I left it on :shock:

I smoked roll ups the hardest thing I found was not that I wanted to smoke but that I still kept getting ready to roll one. I still like doing that even now, sometimes in the pub I will roll up for people :)
Are you giveing it the 100% or are you still going to social smoke? I smoke whilst out still which isnt very often.

You can't do that in the pubs here. Smoking is banned in all enclosed public places including ALL the pubs!

You can't do that in the pubs here. Smoking is banned in all enclosed public places including ALL the pubs!
Same here in July, could still rolll them up though no law on that, well the legal ones anyway wink

Good luck Debz Ive been stopped 1 week with the help of patches. No one around me smokes so it does help and I have found it quite easy. My fridge is full of celery sticks and carrot sticks so if I get the urge I go have a graze lol

Saves piling on more weight hopefully.
