Days off

Its Steves day off today,so i decided to take the day off too and its been fantastic :twisted:
Theres just gotta be something said for mid morning love making hump

Weve had a child free morning,just the two of us,just wish we could do it more often biggrin

(child free time gonna end any minute though) sad

So what do you guys do with your days off???
Not weekends but the odd days you get off now and then???

From the sounds of it .... exactly the same as you ;)
Sometimes we manage to get a grandparent to babysit and take ourselves off into the countryside for walks or up to some of the Peak Villages ... but ultimately it's with the same purpose in mind ;)
Both my kids will be in full-time school starting sept and I can't wait ........ :twisted: :P :twisted:

cant think of a better way to spend the day
the kids walk in and wonder why the house hasnt been cleaned up and mum has a big smile on her flushed face :twisted:

Drink too much and then one of two things happen , falling asleep or falling over. The former is less painfull but less funny... sheeshhh i need to get out more

Yesterdays I sat on my fat arse and did jack sh*t. Read a little, popped in and out of here, had classic FMTV on in the background and just chilled. Even managed to get into the chatroom. Made my head hurt tho'
Nipped out this morning, going for a riding lesson this afternoon, then I'm going to mix some oils for thes evening. (Just in case)
Sometimes spontaneity needs organising lol

I think for the rest of the week I ought to do some of those little jobs I never get around to when I'm back at the weekends rolleyes

Very often, days off that are child free are taken up doing dodgy things down the woods, or pic taking at dogging locations, or if it's cold and raining, indoor fun...... oh yeah, and we might fit some weights in there too somewhere :hunk: cool

Hmm, redesign the house, tidy, visit London, or as we will do this Sunday crew an ambulance together... She is driving so kerbs of the south beware lol

Day off what the f..k is one of those? I was up at am this morning got home at 5 days a week as well.

days off during the week....
the mind says... do something creative and new, visit new places, meet new people and broaden you horizons....
the body says....bed, sleep... maybe computer and a trip to SH forums, don't want to be missing anything..... biggrin

I normally do mundane every day things on a day off.
But last Friday I took a day off and had a meet......so it felt wonderfull having the time of my life when everyone else was at work
Will have to do that more......
