i aways love to read this page for all the different topics when today saw one about swinging ,the female of a cpl started to swing and when having fun the condom split she knew it had split as from her letter but reguardless carried on ,now she is pregnant .she says she had sex with her hubby 4 times the day before and once on the morning of this session .she is now worried that she might not know the who the father is?she has not told her hubby yet ,so just wondering peoples veiws or how you would cope .
honestly is always the best policy for things like this as things do come out in the wash and often hurting more the longer it goes on as long as her partner knows wat she was doing then it shudnt be to much of a problem (its just one of the risks u take in swinging) and a dna test will quickly get the answers
Good post, that's always a huge worry of mine! I don't know what we'd do if we were in that situation, if I was to become pregnant and not know for sure if Den was the father.....

ok std risks aside here,
if the condom split, as other have said, why not get a fresh one,
if she only realised it had split after it was to late, why, if not on the pill ( there are other forms of contraception out there lol) didnt she go and get the morning after pill.???
the next question is did the bloody guy who was in the split condom bother to ask if she was on the pill etc ? if she continues with the pregnancy should he be told he could possiblely be the dad?

How did she know before finishing that the condom had split? Can you actually tell when they do – I can’t.
Shit happens and we can’t always do much about it when it does. However, how much shit we get stained with depends on our choices and decisions beforehand and what we do after the fan starts rotating.
They (the couple) had a choice about partaking in swinging activities, along with a choice of what precautions to take and they made their decision.
Why wasn’t she taking birth control precautions (other than the condom)? Even if (or especially if) she wasn’t using any other form of birth control because they wanted a baby, surely they should/would have considered the risks; including the risks of conceiving to hubby and then getting a dose of something nasty from someone else (which includes hepatitis and other BBV as well as STD’s) which doesn’t really give the sprog one of the best starts in life.
Maybe the guy who was the guest should have asked about what other precautions she was taking – but it is something I have never been asked and I doubt may others have either. Though, his failure to ask does not excuse the couple from their decision to take the chance.
But even after the event, after finding out the condom had split and knowing there was no other protection, knowing the potential risk had just been upgraded to more of a potential reality… what action was taken then? The morning after pill has already been mentioned.
My thoughts on this… they took the gamble, rolled the dice and crapped-out.
I just hope the poor bloke that went round there used an unregistered pay as you go phone and a dodgy name, because even though he is also meant to be a responsible adult and is not totally innocent – he is the nearest thing to it in this scenario (apart from the unborn sprog of course)
