I was just gonna edit that to give an example - like if I snap at someone on here I sit here fretting about it, then go to edit or delete it but can never find the thread I done it in, then wander off to make a coffee and usually forget I've done it in the first place :undecided:

I was talking to a friend about swinging the other day and she suggested that people who swing do it because they have a constant need for approval from others, from as many people as possible, to make themselves feel worthwhile and wanted.
Not necessarily my point of view, but I can see that she may have a point and wonder if this is part of it for a lot of people?
