A few of you know that I'm battling with my weight at the moment and need to lose about 3 stone :shock: I'm finding it so hard to get motivated and I'm working full-time again so can't get to the gym in the day and after hours is impossible with the kids etc. I'm living on salad and healthy stuff but it's just not happening I've lost 1lb this week which I guess is good but it's going to be painfully slow if I only lose that each week. Any ideas? C x
I spent ages battling with my weight, and all it did was to make me want to eat more. As soon as I became busy trying to juggle too many jobs, and the diet went onto the backburner, I lost three stone. Perhaps that's the way it might work for you? Venusxxx
Calista Hun xx Try plenty of exercise as well as the diet. Do you have lifts in your place of work, if so try and use the stairs. Buy a pedometer, see how many steps you do in a day then try and double them the next day Keep it up hun. I wish you the best. Fred (ps.. plenty of shagging is good exercise)
My ex took away my car. In less than a year I dropped from size 16 to size 8. Eat only when you're hungry, drink loads of water and walk more. Walking's easier than trying to make time for excercise anyway. Good luck with it.
stuff ya self silly!.................. but no fats! Do not eat food that has over 4gms of fat in a 100 gms of the product! it drops off .............. i was once size 22.......... now 14!......and still going down! cottage cheese and rivita i eat for a snack! good luck babes Debsxxxxxxxxx
A friend of mine has some serious weight problems and the diet's dont seem to be working at all, she loses a few lbs then puts on extra, we now hear it my be related to her thyroid gland and this seems to react differently in different people.
you could try running when the kids are in bed. running 3 times a week or so is a very good way to get fit/lose weight. go to if you need to know how to get started running

Don't wanna be too personal Calista, and ignore me if you like, but what is your current height & weight? Have you checked if this medical person is talking sense by looking at 'Ideal Weight For Height' charts?
princess i totally agree u look fine in that pic, and if u still wanna loss some weight try taking up some extra hobbies beside sex sex sex and more sex... like swimming.. but remember don't give up the sex sex sex and more sex :D
I'm not really one for giving advice on loosing weight lol I joined a gym and a slimming club last year and lost 6 and half stone in about 6 months, i starved my self and worked out for 2 hours a day, since i have put a lot of it back on mainly cause i just couldn't cope with it no more the hunger was killing me and i felt down all the time, tho it was nice to have the 'god havn't u lost weight' comments i purly didn't have the energy to do anything, what i'm trying to say really is theres nothing wrong with loosing 1lb a week its steady healthy weight loose and the chances are u will not end up like me and put a lot back on if u do it right, i went from a size 22/24 to a size 14 back upto a size 18 and yes of course i would love to loose the weight again and more but i wouldn't do it the same as i did last time
wow babe 6 and a half stone in 6 months....that is quite a lot i think that sounds a bit dangerous. Im no expert but u are probalaly better putting a little back on and try to lose it gradulally not excessivly... I feel u should just cut out junk food (sweets and takeaways) and eat more fruit and veg...and let time do the rest....
