I have followed this diet for a number of years now but for some reason it doesn't seem to work. Any advice would be welcomed.
DIETING UNDER STRESS
This diet is designed to help you to cope with the stress that builds up during the day
BREAKFAST: 1 grapefruit, 1 slice of wholemeal
toast, large glass skimmed milk
LUNCH: 1 cup cooked pulses, 1 cup steamed
spinnach, 1 cup herb tea, 1 custard
cream biscuit.
AFTERNOON TEA: Rest of custard creams in packet, 2
litres strawberry ice-cream with
nuts cherries, whipped cream and
choc sauce.
DINNER: 2 loaves garlic bread and cheese,
giant mexican or hawaiian pizza, 4
cans beer or cider, 3 mars bars.
10 O'Clock News: Entire frozen dessert eaten straight
from freezer.
DIETING RULES
1 If you eat something and no one sees you it has no
calories.
2 If you drink a diet coke/lemonade with a chocolate bar the calories in the choc bar are cancelled out by the diet drink.
3 When you eat with someone else calories don't count if you don't eat more than they do.
4 Food used for medicinal purposes has no calories e.g. hot chocolate, brandy, toast, ice-cream.
5 Movie related foods have no calories as they are part of the entertainment package and are not part of one's personal fuel e.g. sweets, buttered popcorn, marshmallows etc
6 Broken biscuits have no calories. The process of breaking causes calorie leakage
7 Things licked from knives or spoons have no calories if you are in the process of making something e.g. peanut butter from a knife when making a sandwich, ice-cream from a spoon when making a sundae.
8 Foods that have the same colour have the same calories e.g mushrooms and white chocolate, spinnach and kiwifruit ice-cream.
9 Entertaining of friends either at home or reataurant has no calorific value as this is an enjoyable social occasion.

Also that bacon sarnie in the mornings. If you eat it as soon as poss after getting up then it doesn't count as calories either!
If you're too muzzy and tired to barely remember tasting it, then your stomach would be in the same tired condition to start calorie counting cool
So it's practically calorie free I reckon 8-) 8-) 8-)
Remember the old theories... Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper.
I'd just reverse the plan round.. that should work! :thumbup:

Rule :
Any food eaten whilst walking doesn't contain any calories biggrin
Rule 11: If you have sex after eating naughty stuff like chocolate, the calories you burn off will cancel the calories the chocs have biggrin
On a serious note, it is quite obvious why this diet is not working for you Bukingfabe, and anyone with any sense can see it. I am actually shocked that no one as yet pointed this out to you.

The morning garpefruit and the cup of herb tea at lunch is taking you well over your callorie limit. Stop eating the grapefruit, reduce the tea to half a cup, and the weight should just fall off :thumbup:

Diets are soo unfair.. Have tried them as such but usually end up on two or three at once as one is never enough.... they make me hungry..
Can never say this to anyone enough.. forget the food thing, try excercise, just a little makes a BIG difference. Big but firm is just as sexy as anything.. and muscles burn calories twice as fast!
Why starve... Its horrible..
