Watching the Youtube clip from 1981 in another thread made me think of the very first time I thought I was 'in love'... oh the sweet memories.
I used to sit in my bedroom and play Madonna's Borderline over and over again thinking of my sweetie, his name was Neil and said he loved me too (of course he didn't he just wanted his leg over :haha: )
Here's mine, I'll be your DJ any requests??
I have happy memories having fun in my teenage days to Marvin Gaye Sexual healing. 28 years on still works for us! :thrilled: :thrilled:
This is mine and Stormy's
Anyone a Journey fan?
Here's another fated relationship song....
Madonnas Crazy for you :inlove: :inlove:
the above was a song played in a pub on a video juke box when I was at college...
I went for one drink, once with a woman from college, we were great friends and got along well... she baught the song the next day, telling me it reminded her of our evening out. I was chuffed and we remained friends until time saw us go to different parts of the country and different lives.
Years later in rehab undergoing all that nasty prying 'share your stuff' nonsence that seemed needed to 'get better', I was informed by all present that I must have fancied her though did nothing about and never read the signs given out by her... oh well.
later, when engaged and following a diferent path, my fiancee had as our tune...personally I couldn't abide it....
I was more a person at the time
lp
I love this song, it gives me goosebumps, and reminds me of some loved up times with Mr B
