Do any other ladies have this problem???

Went into M&S today (no not S&M lol

) and saw a gorg pair of boots calling out my name.....well just had to try them on, size 3 black, high heeled, knee length with fake lace up detail on the front. Would have been suitable for fetish dressing up and everyday.
Well got them on.........but would they do up over my calf muscles???? :cry: NO!
I have found this problem numerous times and since found out that they make boots to fit ladies with measurements taken from the 1970's!!!
Does anyone know where i can get decent boots in this style that would fit me? Just cos im a size 3, they think im gonna be very slim, where as im a healthy size 12.
Just doest make sense?

I have exactly that same problem!!! Its so annoying (I blame it on my hocky player calves!!... even though I haven't picked up a hockey stisk in over 7 yrs) I finally found some gorgeous thigh length boots on ebay which I thought I'd risk due to the price being so low and luckily they had a bit of stretch. Just had to push my flesh down with one hand while yanking the zip up using a coat hanger with the other!!!! lol

I have the same problem
Only boots I can get to fit are stretch ones, it's not that my calves are overly large but because I'm short which makes the widest part of my les in the wrong place for the widest part of the boots!
Very annoyingbut the best pair of long boots I got came from the kids section of a shoe shop

pmsl same here well apart from the coat hanger bit!!!
Just need to learn how to walk in the things properly now!

i also have wide calves.... i have found that most places do pvc or suedette boots nowdays though.. theses are very stretchy... so my legs have not stopped me getting a decent boot collection.

I have the same problem, being a short ass doesnt help,
I bought my knee length boots from Matalan, great place to shop cheap and the sizes fit too.

Same problem here ... I'm in the market for some new boots but might wait until I've started back at thegym and lost a few lbs!
Hate boot/shoe shopping. Morbius isn't great at "doing" shopping and boot/show shoppping annoys him the most I think sad

He's you typical if the first pair fit buy them!! Has no appreciation of shopping around :cry:

Hiya, without offending anyone here, is Lucy on a diet or starting to take more exercise? Its just that whenever Ive started at a gym or on a diet, they take or suggest you take your measurements. Sorry only thing i could think of!! rolleyes
