I think that sometimes we reply with a "knee jerk reaction". Trouble is that after a while, you suddenly think "omg why did i say that". Its for that very reason that i generally walk away from the pc and come back later....

totally agree with you there suze, if i posted every time i had a kneejerk reaction to a post my post count wouldnt be so low and youd probably all hate the gobby bitch that i am
ive taken to staying out of threads that are very emotive or have people in that im not sure about.

anything i say normally gets peoples knicks in a twist....some people read far too much between the lines and ignore what is actually said. Thats the problem with the written word, it doesnt convey things like irony very well.

I think some of the time ........ its about different senses of humour and if you know the person.

thats a good point some people come across a bit more abrasive on the net than they are in reality. It would be a boring world if we all were the same and all got on. Despite how much I disagree with people i prefer not to insult people on a individual level but have often found myself a target of personel insults in here, its just water off a ducks back though.
