I always go to bed when I should.
Now sleeping, that's another matter!

I used to be like that, a few hours here and there and I was fine but since I hit my 40's my mind has been telling me I need more sleep but my heart is telling me different.
Maybe this is the midlife crisis

Now, I snatch a few hours here or there and tend to go up a gear on the domestic chores/surfing when the bubbas are sleeping soundly and the man is messing wiv his boystoys in the garage/workshop.

Tony the only conclusion from this thread is that your circadean rythms are f*cked :P And it sounds like it's always been like that, even before you were 40. I know this lack of pattern well! FTR I crashed out at 11 last night, couldn't help it, up at 7... and curious to see what time I will make it tonight. See you in the chatrooms
