Dont know about "pampas grass" but £25k for four years in a £60k+ job, with a full expense account and free first class travel seems a bargain.
Dont forget you can claim for every child tax free as well.

We did have some at the top of the garden , but we dug it up & put a hot tub there instead ......so surely we cant be swingers anymore lol
