for some reason..
im getting error coming up saying 3 emails can not be received...ok no big deal,,
BUT also my mails what ive received wont delete.. and every 2 mins they are all coming again???.. ive got about 6 of the same emails at the mo.. im keeping deleteing but its doing no good... ive restarted computer.. ive scaned my computer,,look for up dates.. but still no joy... if anyone could help.. by pm or on here.. i will be so grateful

Log into your ISP's website and via the web mail system delete the dodgy emails. Everything should work properly after that.

Yes I'm here, been lurking mainly as I've now moved the office (well nearly). Need to sort out the bedrooms and landing yet then I'm done (and I will be).
Going to be offline for a while as I update the servers to 2003 etc later this week. In theory one day, in practice about a week
