This is received wisdom, from an American site I followed many years ago, focusing on multiple penetration, and DP in particular.
The advice for success was that the two men have 2 distinct roles - “Anchor” and “Mast”, and those roles remain the same, whether the woman is in cowgirl, or reverse-cowgirl.
The Anchor would be beneath the woman, entering either vagina or anus. The Mast would be above, in the other available. Once the multiple legs have been successfully intertwined (apparently a challenge in itself, particularly with novices), the action starts.
Anchor needs to stay as still as humanly possible. He needs to resist the entirely natural urge to thrust – a feat in itself, but the site insisted that this was the vital part (he will eventually get his reward anyway). Mast just goes for it, steadily.
I can’t vouch for this personally (unfortunately, I haven’t been lucky enough to be invited) However, it is as likely to work as the other suggestions here. I am willing to offer myself as the third, if anybody wants to try this – purely in the spirit of research, and for the benefit of the SH Community, of course! (😁😈)
