What food, drink or situations cause you to dream and can you remember them clearly afterwards? What do you dream about?
Tend to remember my dreams for the first five minutes when awakening, then they are lost forever. stress or excitement can cause dreams.
Dreams only tend to happen because of the people I feel a deep connection with. For me has nothing to do with foods or anything else.
Very often have dreamed something recalled it in the morning and it stays with me.
Then later that day hear from the person about the very thing that was in my dream.
An example the other week got a dream was going to get a text message regarding a meet the following day. I knew something was wrong instinctively but hoped for once the dream would prove to be incorrect.
Not surprised when checked the in box as was an email from the person saying unforeseen circumstance meant postponing the meet that day!
At first found this sort of thing a bit spooky but over time have got use to it.
Definitely not a gut instinct as these often turn out to be wrong. Where as the dreams usually on the mark or with maybe a minor difference.

I havent dreamed for a few years now as i don't get into a deep sleep.
I'm trying to find out if that is why i also feel tired and if its the meds im on or just my general well being ect.
Im not sure when i did dream if any particular food was a trigger but i did remember my dreams for a day or two after then they sort of got mixed up with other dreams. I can't remember a specific dream after a while.
I can't eat cheese late at night as it really does cause me nightmares and I thought that was a myth until it happened to me!
