:? :?That's true but there is a flip side to this. On our profile, as well as many others we've seen, people have criteria (for example, no single guys). So when you get emailed by someone who blatantly doesn't fit that criteria it's hard to be positive about it.

I also find it hard to reply to mails if they are quite obviously blanket mailing,and incude things that doesnt match up to our profile. So quite often i hit the delete without replying first.
But my number one biggest bug bear is those that send one liners with little information and have virtualy blank profiles

I totally agree with you - Bad Manners is not just the name of a Ska band fronted by Buster Bloodvessel (having chart hits in the early 1980’s).
I for one would not wish to meet someone who totally ignored my emails/PM’s.
It makes you wonder why some people are actually here? I have noticed a fair number of people also seem to include a ridiculous list of preferences, which just seem to be nothing more than an excuse not to meet people.
So what if you are almost married and can only manage a quick daytime meet? You would think they would make the effort and be grateful of the offer. Don’t they realise that some people have other lives to live and if they want to swing they should be a little more adaptable.
Good for you for raising this issue…. I am surprised people like yourself have had the good patience not to raise this before and make some of these ignorant people stop and think about their actions (or more appropriately – lack of).
