Electric toys.....

I was having a bit of a tidy through my box of toys this evening and was looking rather forelornly at my electro-play toys. Oh - before I go on, you should obviously never play with electric stuff unless you've got someone else there and you're familiar with how it works and you've read the various safety/advice sites like : .
Anyway - I was sitting with my tens-units (one still kept in it's original (and oh so innocent) Boots packaging) and began to wonder how common things like this are in the swinging scene? It's pretty common in the bdsm world (my background is "over that way" smile

) but I don't recall seeing any ads on any swingers sites which mention it.
Is it just that people don't come into contact with electro-toys, or is it actually frowned-upon in any sense? For instance, I'm sitting here with a violet-wand, an electro-butt-plug and a electrifiable nerve-wheel thinking - I can't be the only person interested in swinging and more unusual play toys? Or maybe I am.
God, I'm starting to feel like Adrian Mole - wracked by doubt..... lol

Well, just thought I'd ask and see if there are any other people out there who either think it's "a tad odd" to attach electrodes to some-ones bottom till they are giggling uncontrollably and begging you to stop, or if it's so very last season and no-one does it any more :)

How refreshing to see something new on here although really did we as adults need the , "dont try this at home children" message?
Never tried it, but wouldnt mind doing so!! does the kit work with English electricity?

Tens units run from batteries so they are ok obviously smile

Violet wands you have to be a bit more careful with the old original ones. Get a friendly/perverted sparky to look it over as they can be really dangerous if they go bang! And never let the flex loop over itself or you'll become very unhappy very quickly!
You can do nice things with violet wands though - you can slip the wand carefully between yourself and your trouser/waist and then let the electricity flow out of your fingers! If you touch, or even get very cloe to them, lots of tiny little lightening bolts will jump across and make them tingle. It's very impressive in low-light as it looks a little eerie!

We got to play with a violet wand at a BDSM bazaar and both loved it.... I was particularly impressed with the reaction when I got near his nipple piercings. :twisted:
We've often toyed with buying one, though have so far managed to miss the opportunities.

Violet wands are wonderful things smile

eBay is a good source - especially in the medical section (quiet often down as "quack cures"... If you know anyone who speaks german - the german eBay has lots of violet wands (surprise!!!) going fairly cheaply.
I know someone who sometimes sells refurbished wands - he's an electriction so he fixes them up and makes them as safe as they can be (given the age & what they are). I can put you in touch if you like (and if he's still doing them...)?
