Epson R220 Printer..........

............... Does anybody have one??
The reason i ask is... I got mine 18months ago with my new pc and the inks have run out...lets say.. a while ago
Anyhow.. i got some that were compatable from the computer fair a few months back.. but they won't work The will not charge up!!
Does anybody, if anybody who has the same model know if i can get any compatables else where that do work or do i have to stick to epson's own?

I'm not sure about anything thats claimed to match the originals
A far simpler option is to refill the cartridge... try googling & see what happens wink

Not the same model but I had a similar Epson model for a couple of years (until quite recently), and got compatible cartridges from Tesco, Morrison's, and Cartridge Point which all worked fine.
Refill sets don't work with Epson cartridges, you have to use a cartridge resetter as well, so I've read, but I haven't tried them myself.

I've been using compatibles from on an R220 without any noticeable difference from the originals. Reasonably priced too.

Got the same printer and get my compatibles for here
Just to add when you first use compatibles with those printers it gives you a warning message box asking if you want to use non epson carts, you must click yes or compatibles wont work.

I always get my compatables from "bestpriceink" on ebay.....very fast and very cheap......at least 85% as good as originals to.......highly recomended......cheers Gary xxxx
