My helmet is extremely well worn although you probably can't tell from my picture in my ad... The problem is when the cover gets wet it gets loose, and then you have to pull it tighter to get it to stay on which causes it to stretch and ultimately become disfigured.
I also haven't washed my helmet for some time, and it's probably got bits of twigs and leaves stuck inside it....
