Here's an exercise program for the cafe. Some say it's targeted for seniors, but after having done it I have to say I know a number of people who could benefit from it, whether they are seniors or not.
You might want to take it easy at first, then build up your speed and repetitions as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.
