Okay calling all gym bunnies and exercise buffs... :hunk:
Looking at some of the cute bums in the competition thread, it occurs to me that my own derriere is not nearly as pert as it could be. I am losing weight at the moment, but on the exercise front, what should I be doing to tighten it up?

Just at home really. I swim twice a week now am back at work - was every day over the summer. Think I need to start doing some toning stuff though... so anything vaguely interesting much appreciated!

Isn't Pilates supposed to be good for that sort of thing too?
I know it's good for the abs and for supporting weak backs but I could have sworn that I heard it was good for toning butts too?

Squats with your back against the wall, step ups, jogging and a funny one where you lie on the floor on your back with one leg up on the seat of a chair and push your body off the floor with that leg.
