On a serious note can anyone see a positive side to the spam/wink thing? 
I think most of the females have made it pretty clear how annoying 1 liners are and that no one responds positively to them.
By advertising the spam/wink service as "a great way to let members know you're interested" give the user the impression that these are a good thing and will be well recieved. :shock:
Now if people are going to get bored having to spend half an hour a day deleting them from your in box before you get to something worth reading......
imagine how pissed off the idiot who paid to upgrade to 30 winks a day is going to be when he finds out that it's "notactually a great way to let members know you're interested" because nobody wants spam, nobody reads spam and nobody responds to spam

If you only want a selected few or friends to watch - use a passworded room?
If you want to be selective about who watches you - why use an open to all room?
When there are large groups of people watching cams - it is unlikely the cammers 'know' who most of the people are - there are bound to be a % who are nothing more than just a usernames.
Feel inclined to agree with this, when we have cammed we have had anything up to 70 people watching, havn't a clue who 99.9% of them are whether or not their username is there. We can't see that it matters, if you want to cam to select people only them keep it in a private room
But what if you are on cam and there is just one or even 2 people that you are not happy about watching you??
There are 2 people that I do not like watching me on cam, but now they can watch without my knowledge.... In the past I have turned my cam off if they are watching me I dont have the choice now.... That's the point I was trying to make :?
Oh and they normally frequent a room that is pretty much occupied by people I do know

Maybe so, but I only normally show my face on cam.... It's a certain fact that I would not show any part of my anatomy on cam if there were certain people watching.... I am constantly watching who is watching me....
I object strongly to certain people watching me and I WANT to know who is watching.... I am sorry but I am going to get really brutal here and I really dont give a shit if I offend anyone but.... I do not want men who are old enough to be my father watching me on cam... It gives me the creeps.... I am very up front about the fact that I prefer younger men and the thought of a man old enough to be my father wanking over me really makes me feel sick....
But the thing I most object to is the fact that I have had the choice taken away from me... The choice to decide whether I want the people watching me to keep on doing so....

The answer seems to be, as others have suggested, that there is some way that cammers can block certain people from viewing in the same way as you can block people from sending PM's.
As we said, when we cam we've no idea who most of the people are who are watching, they could be younger than our kids or older than our parents as we are only camming and not playing (and we don't play with people who fit into either of those categories) then it doesn't bother us that they are watching and, when there are often seventy people, we don't really have the time to check out their details anyway.

If someone is in the room - whether there is an eye symbol or not - wouldn't you turn your cam off when they came in the room rather than waiting for the eye symbol to appear
I do still think stealth is creepy (in some ways) but I just can't get my head around the idea that a little eye symbol protects anyone in anyway :?

Have to agree with Polo Lady, havn't actually cammed since this new 'extra' appeared but we presume you can still see the name of the person even if the eye symbol has gone so you still know who is there, do you not?

Admin have also said whilst everyone can expect the 48hr thingy - extras package members will be dealt with first - and so they should be. If I had paid extra I would expect priority.
Just one more thought - lets all make it difficult for the site to get some return on their investment by taking the piss out of people who buy extras or pay for their membership. That way we can have one simple choice to make - pay-up or fuck off!

Priority Support – Any support ticket you submit will automatically get high priority and is guaranteed to get answered within 24 hours.
Unfortunatly WBB Extra members get their support in 24 hours not 48 so they do get something extra for their money.
