WELL DONE LEWIS AND ALL THE TEAM biggrin
The Boy done good :bounce:
As being of a mixed-race background, I am so proud of Lewis.
He proves that anyone with talent can achivie, as due to history lot's of people in my community believe that they are done for before even trying.
Lewis proves that no matter the person or race or age if you push yourself you shall win.
Also he's a better role model than a Rapper.
Now I like my Hip-Hop but he's not a Rapper.
Hope people on this community understand my own point of view & don't try to make it into something that it's not.
In a nutshell: He's a great role-model for our nation especially within my community. That's is in need of them.
well done lewis for securring the F1 world championship.... and 3rd place in this years "BBC Sports Personality of the year" contest..... lol   you know that swimmer and cyclist are going to be 1 and 2........
i am not normally an F1 buff.... but even I watched more than I normally do.... the last 7 laps..... if it is normally that exciting, I'll have to stop watching my american redneck left hand racing......

Well done Lewis. How exciting was that finish?
The FIA have done everything to stop him from winning but they failed. The booing from the crowd just goes to show how much they dislike him, and how much they did not want him to win.
Well he got there in the end, and I feel it will be the first of many. A truly nice guy from a super close family. At times like this it makes you proud to be British. Three cheers to Lewis.

what a race I been out all day with my son in London having to avoid any news all day, I did see a glimpse of Daimen hill on the news in a bar window but never got a clue as to what happened.
Just finished watching the a recording, an my heart was on the floor I been watching F1 for 30 years and that has to be in the top 3 finishes of all time.
Hats off to him, a lot of people did not want him to win and a lot of people made it extremley difficult for him but hes won, so WELL DONE LEWIS worship

Honda are leaving F1
poor Jenson Button & that leaves Ross Brawn arguably one of the best car designers in the business out in the cold.
sad sad day for F1 sad

Ross doesnt design them he is a team principle
He has some input with regards certain aspects (small ones) but he's not a designer..
Wondered how long Honda would stay in F1....
They wont listen to the people they pay 100's of k per year....
Self inflicted...

It looks like race to re start
Well who would have thought it would end like that!
Gutted! was getting to be a really good race! Much too dangerous to carry on though....
I don't think they were expecting that much rain though.....

They ought to.....Its not uncommon there....
Running the race at that time of the day (local time) was always going to be a recipie for disaster...
Lets hope they change it for next year....
