cant get a face pic on avator cos it says its too big,anyone wanting a look pm me and i'll send,.........................looks like labour a gain ;-)

Use JQL's resizing program to reduce any pic that is too big for your avatar.
try scaling it down u can do on microsoft picture manager
Follow the advice in the Help pages to resize your pic.
