There are a number of occupations particularly in health, education and social sevices, where an employee can be disciplined or even dismissed for being a member of this site.
Lonni xxx

Are there? I work in schools and have never failed a CRB check.
MrsGald
It stands for Criminal Records Bureau and since swinging is not criminal it will not come up on the check.
I am a bit puzzled why people are refering to a CRB in this instance dunno .

I have to agree on Dave with this one, sexual orientation is not a criminal offence, and unless your actions bring the particular organisation you work for into distripute, i.e wareing of a particular uniform while engaging in a gang bang on you tube, then it would be very unfair for someone to get the sack, given the culture of employment tribunial, I doubt and employer would take the risk....imho

I had to be CRB checked when I was on the committee of the kids football team. It basically consisted of me providing lots of different documentation to prove that I was who I said I was. Then the institution concerned checked to see if I was appearing on any lists.
Thankfully they didnt check the LMU forum in here as I'd got my name down for a few munches at the time lol

without knowing the facts I could not comment, again maybe the organisation she worked for felt she had brought them into disripute, or gross misconduct, I feel that would very harsh but if it happend goes to show that discresion is the better part of valour

I might have been taken out of context redface .
All I was talking about was that a CRB check would only bring up any offences that have been dealt with by a court or cautions from the police or serious allegations that have not been proven (I think the last one is a special thing for Scotland as they have guilty, not guilty and not proven).
So it does not matter how many CRB checks you have.....they never look on Swinging Heaven lol

With some of the user names on here, that is just as well!! lol

Me too. I can't see the connection hence the ???
Taking unsanctioned leave from work is not a criminal offence but you can still be sacked for it.
I personally know two people (one in health, one in education) who have been disciplined and one dismissed for being involved in swinging.
Saying 'it's a bit harsh' is neither here nor there. No chief executive wants to wake up one Sunday morning to a NoTW 'exclusive' about swinging in his/her social services dept. It's years since I worked for anyone other than myself but if you look at most contracts now, an employer can get rid, for pretty much any reason now.

I have a face pic. i had to search high and low for a half decent one! It's easy for me, i have no children and i can handle my family as swinging is as much social as sexual. Oh, its also easy for me cos i am going thru a mid life crisis i think - anyone fancy joining me lol.
Westgate.
I have face pix, but in private gallery. They were at 1 stage in open view, until i got talking to a friend i had known for some time at work, then he said he liked my pix..........my 3 pix, then the penny dropped lol Hence they are now in private after that
I am a bit puzzled why people are refering to a CRB in this instance ........................... erm have any of you ever googled ur user names ?? just take a peek, you may be quite interested with wat u may find
Don't think I have any pics uploaded here, do have some on my IC profile though I'm mostly masked in those ... I quickly realised that wearing a mask doesn't stop people who know you recognising you though wink
