You can catch all the old favorites on kids channels on Sky etc.: Mr. Ben, Crystall Tips, Bagpuss, Rhubarb and Custard, But haven't seen old version of Robin Hood obviously made in Hungary or somewhere with extremely badly dubbed voice overs

Nope! Didn't make it up. It was on in the late 50's. I remember watching it as a youngster. I've only ever met 2 people who remember it. I can still remember the signature tune.

Nope! A neighbour, two doors down was the first in our street to have a television. She used to let the local children come in and watch it. It was in a cabinet about 4 feet high and had a screen that was about nine inches square. There used to be quite a gathering of kids around this set. The first advert I can remember was for Weetabix. My nan got a tele shortly afterwards and it was from this that I remember being terrified of the Sheriff of Nottingham.

After watching the "Torchey The Battery Boy" , this one poped into my head... lol.... i know i must have watched this , but dont remember doing...lol ...
Dont know if anyone will remember this from the mid 70's. It was about a family moving to an old house , and the 2 kids befriend a ghost that cant remember his name , so they call the ghost "Nobody"..... hence the programs name is ... Nobody's House ...
Havent seen this shown again, Tony Hart did alot after this. Heres Vision On for those who remember it ....
