I'm currently very into Caipirinhas:
1/2 fresh lime, quartered
3 teaspoons soft brown sugar
Muddle the above in a tumbler and add crushed ice
Top up with sugar cane rum, stir and savour... yum, yum!

I have a variation on this that makes it superduper lush
Put the above ingredients in a long large glass

You (well I) can make an acceptable sauce with:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp creme fraiche
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tomato puree
few drops tabasco
black pepper
plus 1 tbsp sherry if you have it (which I usually don't) :smug:

When I'm feeling stressed, my favourite cocktail is a Corpse Reviver:
1 measure of Italian (i.e. sweet/red) vermouth
1 measure Calvados
2 measures brandy
After one you start to feel better. After two you feel great. Unfortunately, unless you switch to something else after that it all starts to go a bit pear-shaped!
Although I've heard a lot about them, I've never actually had a Caipirinha. BIoke, perhaps I could pop round and you and Nola can make some for me. Hang on, do you have any idea what might happen after a few Caipirinhas? :eeek:

Poinsettia - champagne, triple sec & cranberry juice (perfick for Christmas brunch)

On my birthday (Mrs Tigs) I was woken to breakfast of after eight mint shot (x6) Creme de menthe, creme de casis (chocolate liquuer,and baileys. yummy
Then went on to blow jobs....which are again in a shot glass.. vodka, baileys and whipped cream..but these have to be drunk with NO HANDS lol. So its head down, mouth over glass and then deep throat the drink lol.
