has anyone had this problem- at a party with several couples have you encountered favouritism in other words perhaps one woman or man or both seem to be favoured by all at the expense of the rest!
do some of us end up being gooseberry?
Well i suppose if your at a party and there is one woman/man who lots of people like and 1 woman/man who not many people like, whether that be looks/personality or whatever, then yeah i would expect the popular one would get favoured.
yes but if you are there as a couple and you or your partner becomes the focus of a lot of attention......is that fair to the other partner?
fair no... of course not... because if you are in a couple both of you are identical and in being so are equally attractive in everyway to everybody.
That is the joy of swinging..........
I think that I would look at it as a compliment to my unerring good taste.. but hey- thats' just me and maybe is why I am single.

mdr you must be popular at events!! great profile!!
Isn't that just life? Favouritism, or personal choice?
Yes, it might be demoralising if you're sitting on your own whilst everyone is clamouring over George Clooney/ Halle Berry look alikes (wtf those name came from I'll never know!). But if you cannot accept that possibility, dont put yourself in that kind of environment.
I know Im insecure, so I choose not to put my iffy self esteem through it.
