Heels are a must, they just work on so many levels.
Not so keen on platform soles.
I like thigh high boots but find knee length ones can create a sense of bulk around the calf that ruins the effect of the heels.
I did see some absolutely gorgeous knee length high heeled roman/greco style strappy sandals that almost caused a relapse in my shoe fetish.
Failing that it has to be shoes which I prefer high heeled and delicate.
calf lengh boots do it for me cant beat a good pair of FMB's

I can't believe a thread about shoes has run for 20 minutes with DG posting on it
Personally I love boots, ankle boots, calf boots, knee high boots, wellington boots, but not thigh high boots, they're a bit too much for my liking.
A nice shiny pair of knee high boots (with or without heels) are best.
Heels, heels, heels - all about heels!! Doesn't necessarily have to be sky-scraper heels, lower ones can be good too - but for me it's the feeling of slight unbalance and precariousness (sp?) that wearing heels gives me.
Boots for the winter - Shoes or Sandals for the summer.
I do own flats, but very rarely will you catch me in them, prefer bare feet.
The biggest problem for me is whopping great size 9 feet, which is tough for a girlie when most shoe shops stop at a size 8 - but since discovered Transvestite websites have had no problems! lol. Also - some of my highest heels bring me up to about 6'4" - which for some reason men have in the past found intimidating!!!! not when I fall off them though.
I believe staggering comes under the general haeding of walking :haha:
Something knee high, simple, black, with sort of heel would work for me, but generally, leather, latex, pvc, in black, knee, over the knee or thigh high, you really cant go wrong.
