If I'm correct - you get the 'Extras' package free for a month when you join and then it's up to you as to whether or not you pay to ugrade to it after the month has expired.. being able to see who has viewed your profile is part of this package.
I guess if seeing who has looked at 'you' is that important, then you'll pay

You Can't actually see who has viewed your adverts, even with the extras package, although you can see who has viewed your profile.

Hmmm, yeah, I suppose you could then see who is looking at you, so you could PM them as if they are looking at you, you probably match the kind of person they are looking for. Its genius... off to get extras!!!!

There is an assumption that if you look at someone's profile, you are interested in them. I have a shit memory and I use chat, if someone talks to me I look at their profile, even though I may have looked at it ten or so times before. It doesn't mean I'm interested, it just means I'm reminding myself of who I'm talking to. I have a stilted conversation with someone and then they mail me asking if I want to meet on the grounds of me looking at their profile. If I'd wanted to meet I would have made it clear(ish) while chatting. I don't think knowing who'e looked at your profile is all that important, but if you want it - you have to pay for it. Simple as that, it's not cheating you that you now have to pay for it, it was a bonus that for a short time you didn't have to.

I'm kinda the same as I'm quite a visual person and like to know/remember/see who I'm speaking to.
In fact sometimes when I'm in Chat and have closed down the main site window I'll open any random profile just be able to navigate to the Forum again... how sad would that be:
"Thanks for looking at my profile... I wasn't, I just clicked on it to get back to the Forum!"

How true this is. There have been times when I've been chatting to people over and over again and thought oooh I haven't even looked at their profile.
I look at profiles for a number of reasons, I'm sometimes nosy, sometimes perving
and othertimes looking to see what people say about themselves. None of these factors automatically mean that I want to meet the people I'm checking out.
