Well, I've just sat and watched the film about angels and baseball. "Angels in the outfield"
Absolutely cried my eyes out when they all stood up and did the angel wave.
Did anyone else show any emotion at that point, or is it just me thats a soft sod?
I almost cried at a film today . It had Pierce Brosnan , wearing fake ponytails as an american indian with perma tan and a slightly English accent - and he actually used the line " why do people think im so unusual? "
well DUH Pierce
It's a pity this thread has been hijacked 'cos it was becoming a useful list of films to avoid!!!!
Me, I cried at the end of A.I. (and that was in the bloody cinema too...)
Ant.
I cried at the end of the second part of The Office Christmas special. Hit home on a very personal level, albeit one that was never destined to be fulfilled in the same way as in the programme.
Pfft. Women. I hate the effect they have on me.
One of my favourite moments is in Blue Velvet. Where Lorna Dearn tells Kyle Lachlan about her dream of the robbins and the light that they brought to the world. In the middle of the madness of this film, it is a wonderful moment.
