Not forgetting the criminal act that was the remake of The Italian Job mad
stallone killed get a classic.
they should leave the old films wars was ok until all them other films came out.
now i cannot stand it.
one of the best single films was story and reno acted brilliantly.
And if anyone dares to try and remake the Great Escape they are likely to have a contract put on their head :lol2:
The Wicker Man remake was a crime against humanity.
However, they are remaking the classic Plan 9 from Outer Space, which I love for all the wrong reasons, and it's difficult to see how they can possibly ruin it...

The remake wasn't that bad, there was just to much Hollywood glitz and not enough of the soul and humour of the original.
I am never forgiving the makers of the remake of "the ring" (the japanese original was fantastic....)
if we are talking classic hollywood... the people who remade "the longest yard" and "oceans 11" are on my bad list for life!!!!

And if they ever do a remake of the Japanese Classic "Battle Royale" I'll become homicidal! mad
Pretty much all remakes are bad sad They seem to think that whatever the original film was like they have to make the new one into a comic action adventure rolleyes To be honest I dont even bother watching them 99% of the time. One I saw that was horrific was Village of the dammed with Christoper Reeves. God bless his soul but the film was awful.
On the way soon expect to see a comic action adventure film of The A Team mad
and this  trailer I saw before 2012 Just sooo off the mark :x

Apparently he's now a womanizing action hero with a comic touch
No matter how many times they try, they'll never improve on the Muppets' version of 'A Christmas Carol' bolt

Yep - Batman was a remake and possibly the best remake ever...darker, gritty and very watchable although i have to say Muppets Christmas Carol should never be redone and Lost in Space should be deleted forever lol

lost in space was a series and not a film as i remember so that doesnt count as a remake(i could be wrong it was a long time ago lol)
again i could be wrong on this but were the new batmans not based around the dark knight comics so not "officially" a remake, and i stand by heath ledger making the film as much as bale ruined it,his accent and acting was the worst i've ever seen from him
i'll offer up hulk as a good remake but that is more because the original was an absolute travesty(sp) so any remake couldnt possibly be anything but better ..that said and arguing against myself here although listed as a remake it did more or less carry on from the 1st film so more of a sequel that ignored anything from the original film
I actually think the remake of War of the Worlds was also better than the original now where is that tin hat?
