Do you think my profile is any good?

Hello Folks,
After an absence of many-a year I am trying to reconnect with the intelligent and open minded people in the community. Obviously I enjoy freewheeling fun and frolics, but friendship is very important to me. In my (previous) experience it also gives any physical connection the room to move to a whole new level.
In time I want to push my boundaries to the limits, but at the moment I'm looking to get to know ladies, couples and clubs in the northwest.
Friends have described me as confident and easy going. Although disillusioned with mainstream education after university I am widley read; I particulary love history and science but will read pretty much anything. I love movies and watch a few tv shows religiously, but in general don't watch much. Clubbing and especially dancing give me a huge lift; you'd have to ask my friends if I'm any good. The outdoors calls me constantly (although moreso in good weather) and I like to go camping and walking as much as possible.
As for the other (dirtier) stuff; that's all in my profile, so there's no point harping on about it here.
I'm currently based in Chester, often accompanied by my little ones, but I can usually move things about a bit.
Lastly I'd like to thank those who have written to me so far. I've only been on the site a day but am already humbled by the welcoming nature of the community. Your excellent ambassadors for the open minded!
So please have a look at my profile and if nothing else let me know if you think it's any good; I'd also welcome any tips of how to use the site. I love to correspond with nearly everyone (except the rude or bigoted) on nearly any subject, so I would love to hear from you, whoever you may be.
I look forward to getting to know you all.
Have fun and take care,
Jon
Ello and welcome
I shall move this to the cafe where you may get more replies.
Welcome.
Its a lot nicer than mine.
Hi, and welcome to the site. The profile is certainly detailed and says what you want/are looking for from the site.
Personally, I was enjoying reading it untill I got to the part about the tree, then it all went down hill. Now if it had been a picnic bench then I could have understood it, but trees can be so rough on your back redface
Have fun and do hope you do find exactly what you are looking for wink
Thanks for shifting it anais, although I have been wondering where it went to! I've been exploring other bits of the site; doh!
And I'd like to thank you all for your welcome.
Naughty Wigan Couple (is there an acronym for that?), which wigan is the munch at? There's one just up the road from me, one on tother side of the country (I'd guess that one)?
On the subject of trees:
Not all trees are scratchy, and none to the same degree. Consider the smooth birch or willow, the soft, close grained bark of the pine or the deep, creviced bark of the oak and poplar. Then there's the different limb arrangement of each species; being tied against the trunk was not in my minds eye (but thanks, I'll steal that idea too, yum). And lastly, when scratchy is good, scratchy is good!
Now...
On the subject of picnic tables:
Nice! More brain food!
Cheers folk and thank you all who've taken the 4 hours to read my profile for the poll.

Ok, not being an expert on trees or which bark is scratchy or smooth, I will have to take your word, but be careful with the benches. The new metal picnic benches are not good (they make your bum cold and leave an imprint) so make sure you look for the old fashioned wooden ones (and watch for splinters in your bum)
Ruthy, hope you have loads of fun, wink

 what you saying? I would never stick my tongue out when sat on a bench (no comments please) biggrin
However, love that film and sometimes think I could have taken one of the leading parts. :D
Sorrr for the Hijack Ruth, but blame Cubes, not me wink
Thanks NWC!
No. No expert knowledge about trees, just a fevered and experimental mind. smile
I do however wonder what the temprature would need to be to get the effect pointed out by cubes.
And no worries about the hijack; you never know where your going to end up!
