Instead of using MSN oe for web chats use ( ) and spontania video4skype ( ).
This is much better quality and real phone conversation with vidoe over the internet. If you are on 24/7 it does not cost you a penny. All you have to do is get a user name and send it to your friends they sign up as well (for free ofcourse) and on you go.
