I also had a hedgehog as a frequent visitor to my garden a while back. I used to feed it tinned cat food (had to open the tin for him is it any wonder were the master race lol ) and yes I agree they are noisy eaters confused

Sh*t now you've really got me worried that hedge hogs are going to take over the world if they could only find a load of 1:25 scale fire arms we are no longer the master race :uhoh: :uhoh:

bet they could do a better job of governing the country than those who are doing it now
4 black n tans (terriers) 3 kennel runs 2 ferrets and the partridges stay well clear of my back yard.....
We had foxes in the garden, don't touch them whatever you do or the parents will disown them! Sensible post over! biggrin
Our back garden backs onto wide open spaces, loads of foxes and squirels and hedgehogs. I've got 5 cats so hedgehogs get plenty of tasty meals. Foxes are great especially when the cubs are running round, but the fox holes are a pain in the arse. They're all over the place. But wouldn't be without them, the foxes that is.

:lol2: Getting a dog to get rid of the cats would be sort of counter productive as they are our cats.
A pyromaniac kid, that will be me then. Built the bonfire at the end of last summer went for tea at the parents and it rained heavy, its been wet or frozen ever since sad
I always check the bonfire for animals. ONce our strange cat went missing and I had had a bonfire around the time which probably scared it off. I spent quite some time in that bonfire patch sieveing for bones. I felt like a right twat when the woman from the RSPCA told me that most of the cat would probably still be in tact. Cat was turned up at the dogs home the next day.
