Now before you forumites jump in and say ' we've been here before'........ why feel the need to leave feedback.....
I met Two fellow site members and have tried to leave a meet feedback on their profiles!
The limited or non instructions about how to do is apart from ' click here' is bloody confusing.
I meet them yesterday, now the site is asking me to input dates.....
I might be Irish but I'm far from thick (tick) lol
Help anyone?

I'm not sure but I think you have to input the dates your going to meet in advance, and then leave feedback after the meet.

Vouch Rep - prompted to leave comment for those accepted ::Friends requests where both are Shrep enabled
Site Rep - triggered after an exchange of Private Messages between profile Shrep enabled, whether ::Friends or not
Meet Rep - requires you to 'create meeting' using Shrep between two or more Shrep enabled profiles. After the date/time of the meet has passed, you are prompted to leave comment via Shrep
We know that Support/Admin have an informative 'user guide' that they might send profiles who raise a Support Ticket, http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/support-tickets/new-ticket.html
(Don't worry, sent you a copy via a PM, though a Forum search will bring up several Shrep threads/posts)

can you leave a negative and do you have to give stars like five if turned up on time and so on?

You can but people can set it so all rep needs approval first - so negative comments reflect as much on peoples ability to use the site as they do about their fail as a swinger.
Good rep isnt the easy way to meets many single males would expect

Correct.
Users can chose whether to 'publish' the comment or not, however the negative marker does get published
Go to http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/members/shrep/settings/ and tick New feedback to be approved by me before it is published
How you publish is up to you, i.e. to all (Public), Private, Friends or Invite only, again selectable via a radial button on same settings screen
