Well I have just got back from picking my girls and their friend up from leeds festival - car and feet covered in mud and 3 girlies who have not washed since Wednesday night   so journey over bliss though wish I had been there - the carnage of ripped tents and debris said it all - oooh to be 15 again lol
Anyway a few weeks ago we went camping with friends and every year we try to out do each other with gadgets to show off lol not expensive but different. This year my friend got a toaster which when you are camping is brilliant - only did one slice of bread at a time so took 20 mins to get around everyone but luxury. I then found a store that did 4 peices at once . Brilliant i thought must tell her.
BUT even better my daughter got me a pressie at the leeds festival - a fully blown up plastic sofa that sits 3 people on hahahahahahahaha. I cant wait to take it next year and invite her into my lounge I may even take a lamp lol. Took her ages to defalte but I was gobsmacked that she had thought of me lol
Kids really do think about their parents at times lol
So have you any gadgets worth knowing about lol

My big luxury in Emma is a 3-way fridge. I'm the envy of all fellow festivalites when I produce a nice cold beer from the fridge. Other than that she's very minimal - gadget wise, althouh I am in the proccess of riging up a side awning complete with hammock.

I'm taking a wild guess here but I'm thinking that 'Emma' is a vehicle? confused
These festivals induce some really inventive ideas.
My youngest lad went to one long one earlier this year with blow-up armchair, portable private loo, disposable tent (well he left it there anyway) plus a few things I can't remember now.
.
tomtomgo :giggle:
expresso maker that sits on top of stove - for max effect pitch tent upwind of all others then wait for rain ( not long in these parts ) make coffee and fry bacon first thing in the morning after all night monsoon then await the greetings of your friendy fellow campers
