Games To Play over Christmas

Hello

Well if you know me, you may know I like playing games: scrabble, monopoly, cluedo - love them all lol

. Last year also has BUZZ but havent got that now :cry: . But every christmas day I bore my family with Trivial Pursuit redface

ops:. I havent updated it and its the original and we all groan and then play it and have a real laugh as its soooo bad!!!!
So I was thinking of buying a new game tomorrow but what? I dont want a computer game - I like stuff where you all sit around and join in ( and if I can cheat trust me I will :lol: ).
So ideas appreciated!

Last night I had some friends over and we played timber, which is like jenga but it's got different coloured bricks and you have to throw dice to see which colour you have to get.......we weren't very good at it though as we'd had a few drinkies

ooh we got that to i love playing it, im a bit naughty though when i look for xmas presents for son i make sure he gets a board game or 2 but ones i want to play :twisted:

ohhh and we played that game where you write the name of someone famous on a bit of paper and stick in on someone forehead then you all have to guess who they are......the was fun even though I was rubbish and lost :giggle:

cranium is quite good- it has a bit of everything, pictionary, charades, singing, clay modelling, word puzzles, questions etc etc, we played it for hours the other night!!!!
Trivial pursuit is my fave though!

Oh thanks for that one too!I am going to Toys are us in the morning with my list and see what they have got but I so know we will end up playing Trivial Pursuit again - its always great fun and what I am glad about is that i am not the only one who likes playing games lol

Try , its a wicked laugh. We played it with some friends last year and i properly nearly pissed meself laughing on quite a few occasions.
