Gay Pride weekend
Not sure what the wristband thingy is, as far as i know (from a gay mate who told me) you just buy a ticket then exchange it when you get there for a village pass and you can wander all over the place.
If they do a wristband then it'll more than likely be to get right to the front of the stages I'd imagine. Hope this helps. There's a website so try looking on there maybe:-
