if you can spot the deliberate mistake then you're as much as a geek as me. and i'm an utter geek.
Ooh, ooh! I know. H is not a hexadecimal digit.
If I remember correctly, he substantially rewrote it when turning it into MS-DOS (that's probabbly why it isn't as good ;) )
Heres a chalenge to all the geeks see if you can break this!

make sure youve got your "ascii" (pronounced as-key) table ready
Lets see who cracks it first
good luck sf
fella... would you mind not posting long lines of text with no spaces. Dynamic text pane you see, makes the page a mile wide, very not good.
Thanks.
well i worked with a datapoint 3 system, with 6 5gb disc drives double sided, as a1/a2 throught to f1/f2, with a 45 minute back/up each night.
Then moved to an 1bm system 36 with tape back up and 1 50gb hard disc, this was run with BASIC, which was so easly to run it was silly.
the company then moved onto IBM AS400. total rubbish
I had an AMSTRAD 8256, great machine but not compatible with anything - good old Alan Sugar.
Them went from IBM PS2, though,
win 3.1,
95,
98,
2000,
me,
to finally Windows XP
I have no trouble as i do a
Registery check,
virus scan,
disc check
on start up every day and run spybot before shutting down each night
im also using Norton Antui Virus
never hav any trouble at all
GOD BLESS BILL GATES
