Why do people on here insist on not getting back to someone who has at least had the decency to rply to them with more than just a one liner !
Even if it is just to say thaks but no thanks it is manners and courtesy.
Anyone else feel the same or have the same experience or is it just me ?

How long since you wrote to them?
Couples and single fems get tons of mail and it takes a long time - and a hell of a lot of patience to respond to them all.
I've had a rude message off someone who only gave me 3 days to reply. Needless to say, he is now on my ignore list.

northern I appreciate how you feel, all I can say is if I seem to fit within their remit I write sincere, individual messages to people that interest me in a respectful, honest, good humoured way, not claiming to be what I am of them don't get any reply back but I don't resent that fact, it is just how it is, the couples and single women get dozens of PMs - it's up to them which of those they choose to answer.
Things can happen but there is no magic formula, there are so many of us single guys.
Don't be too disheartened by that empty PM box, you just have to keep trying and be yourself and see if that appeals to somebody out there! wink

I've learned to be patient......no feckin alternative really. In the days of copy and paste, it does puzzle me why I don't get more polite, stock 'no thanks' replies. It can't take that long to pick a few of the detailed replies, that have actually bothered to read the ad properly, and reply can it?

Wink = No reply
"Fancy a shag" = No reply
"I live close to ya" = No reply
Obvious cut and paste reply to hundreds of other ads (because it has no reference to your advert that has taken you time to write out) = No reply
Not including details that you have asked for = No reply
Having a decent reply with all requested information = A reply even if to say no thanks

I have noticed that alot of people here say that they do not reply to emails saying *fancy a fuck*, personally if i got sent one of those i'd reply x

Probably because not everyone is the same as you and I and do not think like that... some people are merely here to see "how lucky they can get" so don't want to bother with the chit chat banter, shallow that's all I can say.

Very true!! And also as others have said - you get so many as a single fem you'd be there all week. Plus it's really obvious in some cases that you have been picked purely and simply because you ARE a single fem....meaning you obviously want to shag anything in trousers. Especially the sender.

I had a pm the other day asking why I didnt replied to a long thought out pm he had sent to me previously.. he said I replied with an automated message! dunno

I reply to all my messages if I can..sometimes I dont always have the time to do it asap or not in the mode to be chatty etc.
I have the winks set to automated reply so I dont even know when I get one... maybe the sytem is playing up sometimes as well? Keep that in mind, you never know eh? smile

I do try to reply to all my messages... although I delete winks without checking profiles as clearly they haven't checked mine or they wouldn't have sent the wink in the first place.
It is difficult to find the time to respond sometimes but I believe if someone has taken the time out to send me a message (and it reads more than "Hey horny, great arse...") then I do take the time out to respond, even if it's to say I'm not interested. To me that's just about having good manners, it may take me a few days but I do respond eventually. biggrin
