They may say "no timewasters" does that automatically mean "no male timewasters"
The world is full of timewasters, be it male, female or couples.
think we have all had our fair share of "not" meeting them.
Just learn from it and move on.

It happens for all sorts of reasons BigBoi, family emergency, car crashes, changes of mind, loss of bottle, deliberate timewasting, or arriving- taking one look, and thinking "No chance matey"
Your first SH experience was when someone saw your advert or reply and was interested enough to respond, and the feeling you got when that happened. There are many who do not even get that far, male, female and couples.

I don't think the "no time wasters" thing is directed at either gender in particular, as whether you are a male, female or couple no one wants to waste their time on a person who is not in fact genuine. Also another problem can be that when people do post for meets they try to be quite clear about what they want and what they don't want, yet you will always get those who reply on the tread or PM even though they know they don't fit the criteria of the persons posting. That in itself it a complete watse of time for everyone.
As for you arranging meets and those women not turning up, I guess only the individuals can answer for why they were a no show, and I'm sure at one time or another this has or will happen to everyone. I guess you have to try your best to figure out who is genuine and who is not.
You say you are still waiting for your first SH meet, but you have only been a member since the end of December so it's still early days at the moment. What you do have to bear in mind is that this is the net and you have to be careful about who you meet up with, cos there are a lot of wierdos out there. So if you are looking to meet a single female shes going to be a bit cautious about meeting a someone off the net she barely knows. The way I see it is, all good things come to those who wait!!!

i dont think you sound like an impatient child, you simply spotted something that got you to thinking that people seem to think that men are more likely to be time wasters than women. I really don't think this is the case, it could just be a coincidence that the ads in that particular section had "no time wasters". I shouldnt let it worry you too much, as when you meet the right people for you I'm sure you will have a hassle free meet!

i can't speak for anyone else here, but i myself am definitely not like that. i don't expect people to just jump right in and meet up straight away, but when girls add me to msn and then don't sign on for 4/5 weeks at a time i just get fed up you know?

but I've been on here a good few months now, and i get contacted by women (it does happen you know) but then they don't seem to show up. I'm still waiting for my first SH experience
