I love that song too... its brill biggrin
I heard it on the radio the other day when I was a one of my caring jobs.. and was humming away to it.. then my elderly lady heard the words and said "do you like this?" I said I like the tune... she said the words were disgusting... I had to turn around and smile to myself.. If only she knew....... cool
I might go and buy it this weekend..
W let drop "...your women." when someone over heard. We passed it of as my collection of female vocalists, of which I have many! Sisters always about when you do not want them?
Typical pop-pap trying to use it's subject matter to flog a few copies.

Some are feelings, emoticons, sex, love, political, I feel they are all telling a story on a suject, correct me if I am wrong.

Nope, they range from the banal to the downright nonsensical.

This is just a formulaic and unoriginal pop song that is hoping to use the subject of 'lipstick lesbianism' in a way to cause discussion and sell lots of copies.
Tatu did the same thing ages ago. It's just a 'schtick' to make a few bob from the 'dance around the handbag brigade'.
From a musical PoV I can't see that it has any redeeming features.

He's thinking, at his age it takes time lol

At my age there's plenty to process. rolleyes
well i love it but then my musical taste is already in very questionable innit lol
this song was on the radio the other night at work and one of girls was singing along to it, she said " I love this song its so catchy" so tormenting I said " and did you really like it" I dont think she really got the lyrics it was so funny watching her blush
The other I worked with she said " I dont mind em as long as they dont give me the eye" she had a puzzled look on her face when I told her not all gay/bi women will pounce on her biggrin
Hmmm, its got a good beat.... (mimes dancing like an embarrassing uncle at a wedding) lol
I love this song !
In fact I found myself singing along and dancing round the bedroom to it in my knickers on Saturday night whilst getting ready to go out redface
I've not kissed a girl yet but it's on my 'to do' list lol
Yes, I thought it was Pink too. First heard in July whilst in Barbados and loved it........ I love Radiohead and The Smiths BUT there is something very likeable about the song and the video makes me feel horny redface
I always have a habit of giving my secrets away when Im drunk...I couldnt hold my own water when Ive had a few
I still havent heard this song yet tho.....
I don't 'do' pop songs but I like this one. Trouble is though, everytime I hear the line 'I hope my boyfriend don't mind it' I feel like shouting "If he does then sorry girlfriend but he's gay!" :giggle:

I think the line is tongue in cheek and taking the piss out of how shallow us guys are in that respect, but, shock, girl on girl does nothing for me, and lipstick lesbians are just attention seekers.

Tut tut Sparky.. making general assumptions again!
No offence to the manly sort but when I do play with a woman I want her to look like a woman and feel like a woman, otherwise what's the point... why not just go with a man?
Not attention seekers at all

By lipstick lesbians, I meant the type that do it (kiss) in front of guys in public places but don't actually take it any further.
One of my lesbian pals thinks the same, why go with a woman that looks like a man. She likes girly girls.

So all lipstick lesbians aren't 'just attention seekers'
wink
