Glasgow Scotland advice???
Can only offer "When in a pub avoid eye contact at all times" wink
PS Scots friends tell us there are no clubs up there...they come back down to Manchester for clubbing.
You are welcome to join my club, members privates only
Glasgow is very Parochial in its thinking
Its taking long enough to get strip joints/lap dancing clubs without someone starting something like this
Just spotted this thread and wondered if anyone had any experience of the Scottish Encounters (though I realise this is a house party rather than a club) which is mentioned in the Clubs section?
The subject fo clubs in Scotland comes up fairly regularly with friends and it is often mentioned that there is different legislation in Scotland that prevents a Swinging Club from opening. I am curious if anyone know anything more about this as I don't think it is true - and am not clear what the specific laws would be.
CQ - looking for a new business venture in the near future!
Didn't know there were diffirent laws on the subject CQ but then again Glasgow & Edinburgh even disagree on things that involve sex, ie. like I posted before Glasgow has what 4 lap dancing clubs whereas there seems to be one on every street corner in Leith

Seeminly the answer to that question is ..The Scottish councils operate a zero tolerance attitude! Hence why most of us have to travel down south to find a swinging club.. Sadly dissapointed sad

Scotland is perfectly safe so long as you're not English. If you are English, fake a foreign accent.
smile
Actually, in all fairness, that applies to anything north of London, not just Scotland.
lol

I've tried putting on the accent thing. It worked ok till the pubs shut and I went to the chippy. Then the game was up because I asked them not to deep fry the mars bar in batter. Fortunately, due to over indulgence of deep fried pies the average ned can't run very fast.
